Café Royal Pro is recruiting sedentary B2B sales experts! If you're passionate about your work, a good listener and a good communicator, convincing and able to pass on our passion for coffee, then come and join the adventure of a start-up that doubles its sales every year!
Your missions: The role of the Sedentary Sales Representative at Café Royal Pro is to prospect by telephone (outgoing calls) exclusively for professionals (mainly French-speaking SMEs), to sell them a no-obligation subscription-based coffee solution.
- Prospect new customers, understand their coffee solution needs.
- Know and master the full range of coffee solutions available to professional prospects and sell them the most appropriate offer.
- Achieve sales, average basket and conversion targets set by management.
Required skills.
- Good interpersonal skills on the telephone and a constant concern for customer satisfaction
- Ability to deal with an exclusively professional clientele.
- Adapt your sales pitch to the profile and reactions of each customer.
- Master telesales techniques (management of large numbers of calls, conversion ratios, organization of time slots, follow-ups, negotiation, sales pitches, etc.).
- Work simultaneously on a telephone and computer support system and comply with information processing processes (CRM). Knowledge of IT environment (internet, messaging, databases, in-house software...)
- You are enthusiastic, ambitious and attracted by challenges.
- At least one year's significant experience in telesales (sales through to signature. Not in customer service or appointment setting).
